#Hashtags turn topics and phrases into clickable links, which help people find posts about topics they're interested in. Hashtags were first used for Twitter, and became so popular, that Facebook and Instagram adopted them soon.
If you are posting for our Business or your Product, make sure the Post is PUBLIC, so anyone searching for these keywords will find your post.
You can either weave them into your text, e.g. Hashtags help your #SEO because people searching for this topic may end up clicking on your website ... or you can simply add 3-5 at the end of your post.

You don’t want to do more harm than good, as hashtags act as keywords that help users discover your posts and the algorithm to better understand your posts.
And you do not wish to confuse the algorithm!
A study of over 200,000 brand posts on Facebook found that content with one or two hashtags had 593 interactions on average.
Compare that to the 416 engagements for posts with 3-5 hashtags and 188 interactions for posts with 10+ hashtags, so there’s a clear argument that Facebook posts with fewer hashtags tend to perform better.
